Our centralised prepress ensures that you can deliver your files to Mercator Press without any worries.  We will strictly guard the quality of your printing via our workflow, which observes a wide range of parameters. 

File processing

'Preflighting' and 'trapping' provide error-free technical files. This check is followed by high-quality ‘proofing' so you can check and approve the content as well. Please note that we check a number of matters automatically for you: the language switch, corrections and impositions. 

Profiles

Every kind of paper in the extensive range has its own printing requirements. In order to be able to offer customers the best printing quality at all times, each file is given its own specific profile. Irrespective of the press, the kind of paper and the screen line, your printing will meet the very highest standards.

Photos

A picture says more than a thousand words. We keep this saying in mind. Your professional images deserve only the best. This is exactly what the latest screen lines do. They provide exceptional colour and clarity. 

Continual checking throughout the full printing process

Rigorous checks are carried out not only in our prepress, but also at the presses themselves. Our photo spectral checks ensure the constant adjustment of your printing regarding colour and positioning. The end result is that each brochure rolling off our presses is of the same quality.
